Job Responsibilities
Must Demonstrate deep understanding and knowledge of digital and mobile marketing ecosystems and leverage them for branding.
a. Creating and executing stakeholder engagement strategy for improving the company s market share by attracting new customers and maintaining business with existing customers
b. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to and better ways of measuring social media activity
c. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions Monitor track analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights etc.
d. Translate segment and regional promotion needs (target audience key messages) into a plan that includes product launches sales tools development internal and external events editorial & advert opportunities and diversification.
- Responsible for Corporate Marketing for the Business spread in India and abroad
- Spearhead the Marketing and Strategy by driving Social Media Outreach Events Market Mapping & Inside Sales
- Define drive and exceed the marketing actions with business targets as defined in the business plan.
- channels by region and segments.
e. Work with external marketing agencies for campaign development and execution for new launches
f. Set monthly quarterly and annual digital marketing calendars.
g. Collaborate with external marketing agency & leadership team to drive performance of key brands by orienting the team around marketing strategy operational plan and communication plan.
h. Ability to undertake market surveys to assess new product opportunities.
i. Work with Sales team for joint Marketing Programs for key Retail customers.
Brand Building & Awareness
a. Implementing strategies to improve company awareness in markets through brand building press releases & market development efforts
b. Build and grow the FORTUNE brand digitally across various forums.
c. Crafting and executing highquality brand campaigns across media channels that build awareness and consideration for the brand and product portfolio and deliver on customer acquisition and retention goals.
d. Build brand awareness salience and affinity to fuel customer growth and engagement. Lead the development of brand voice key and personality
e. Develop launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organisation the brand and its products.
Performance Metrics & Reporting
a. Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand the effectiveness of strategy and creativity making recommendations for continuous improvement.
b. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Experience & Skills
a. Experience must exceed ten years of which at least 5 years in brand and digital marketing. B2B marketing experience will be a plus.
b. A proven marketer with experience in building and executing highimpact product and brand campaigns
c. Track record of executing multichannel and multiterritory campaigns with a high level of comfort with the tools and techniques of digital marketing.
d. Proven expertise in media and promotion planning and management. Robust experience in creative development and execution.
e. Ability to influence and work with colleagues across functions
f. Strong analytical and quantitative skills ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
g. Experience working with similar productdriven industries advertising marketing agencies and media
Skills and Competencies
- Upto date with the latest trends and best practices in online/social marketing and measurement (Preferably Market development Media management Google Analytics Social media SEM SEO Digital marketing Brand building Whatsapp Marketing

Bachelor s degree (Required) with MBA in Marketing or Social media Management (Preferable)

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels across the business functions and infl uence senior management/directors and wider
stakeholders;
Compensation
Competitive base salary structure max 14 LPA CTC
