Job Summary:
We re seeking an experienced dynamic creative content strategist to join our team at VMax Wellness Coimbatore .
As a content strategist your key responsibility will be maintaining a strategic direction in each content piece whether blogs infographics or videos to strengthen our brand s voice. You will also determine the best content formats to ensure high consumer engagement while generating leads to attract potential prospects.

Roles and responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development
- Conduct indepth audience research to understand demographics preferences and behaviors.
- Develop content strategies that align with business goals brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set content objectives and identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor content and emerging digital platforms to inform strategy.
2. Content Creation & Writing
- Write engaging highquality content for multiple platforms including websites blogs social media email campaigns and product descriptions.
- Tailor content tone style and format to resonate with different audience segments.
- Produce copy that is optimized for SEO driving organic traffic to websites and improving search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with designers videographers and other creatives to enhance content with visuals and multimedia elements.
3. Content Calendar & Project Management
- Create and manage an editorial calendar that ensures consistent content production and timely publishing.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Manage deadlines and review processes to maintain quality and meet project timelines.
4. Content Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools making datadriven adjustments as needed.
- Provide insights and reports on content effectiveness including metrics such as engagement clickthrough rates and conversion.
- Continuously optimize content based on performance data and user feedback.
5. Brand Voice & Messaging Consistency
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice style guidelines and positioning.
- Establish guidelines for tone voice and terminology to maintain a cohesive brand experience across channels.
Qualification and experience:
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications journalism English or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist Content Marketing Specialist (3 years preferred). from a health and wellness or from a similar
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Working knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM)
- Portfolio of past work demonstrating writing skills and strategic content development.
- Ability to work with customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation software.
