Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an HR Recruiter with a strong understanding of tech and engineering roles. The ideal candidate will be able to source and screen candidates effectively understand both the companys and the candidates requirements and help organizations acquire top talent in line with their needs. This role is perfect for someone passionate about recruitment eager to learn and excited about working in a fastpaced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage endtoend recruitment for tech IT and engineering roles ensuring timely sourcing and hiring of candidates.
- Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job portals social media professional networks) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screening: Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate skills qualifications and cultural fit with the company.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and understand specific role requirements to ensure alignment with candidates skills.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends salary benchmarks and hiring practices in the tech and engineering space.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities candidate pipelines and other related documents.
- Continuous Learning: Stay eager to learn and grow contributing new ideas for improving the recruitment process and company culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: We are preferring candidate who have Engineering background
- Experience: 02 years of experience in technical recruitment specifically for IT and engineering roles.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of technical roles (developers engineers etc.) and the ability to match candidates to job requirements.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Indeed Naukri.com etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to new challenges.
