Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills primarily in English and Hindi both Written and verbal.
- Prior global experience of 2 years recruiting in a fast paced growthoriented environment preferably in an Outsourcing / RPO / KPO/ IT set up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive experience working for Product and Tech roles and are open to take up non tech roles as well.
- Experience in direct sourcing research and candidate development utilizing different methods and creative sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with social media resume databases and professional networks
- Proven understanding on building and executing recruitment strategy and develop thoughtful recruiting plans
- Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Strong client focuses and commitment to partnering with stakeholders
- Define and implement creative marketing strategies and campaigns to attract top talent from the industry.
- Experience working with any ATS preferably.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in a relevant field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in global HR management, with proven success in leading and developing HR functions within a large and complex organization. Should have experience managing high number unionized labor work force, operating from a site based centre. Extensive knowledge of employment law and labor relations, with willingness to understand Jordanian union legal requirements. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement innovative HR solutions. Proficiency in HR software applications and databases. Fluency in English. Mandarin is an added advantage. Desired Skills and Experience: Experience in the energy sector, particularly in energy / power generation / heavy machinery industries. Experience in managing a large workforce (600+ employees). Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced and demanding work environment. Strong project management and organizational skills. Passion for driving organizational excellence and employee satisfaction.
