Role: Senior Readiness Systems Analyst
Location: Norfolk VA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Summary:
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in an analytical/technical discipline and 5 years of experience in Maritime Patrol Air Operations within the past 8 years OR
- Completion of Navy or vocational electronics school(s) and 8 years of experience in Maritime Patrol Air Operations within the last 10 years.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mission reconstruction and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage information related to the PREDATR database PMDV and future databases required by CPRG/CPRGP.
- Oversee mission reconstructions for Post Mission Summary and Mission Data Collections for the MPR Force.
- Maintain and manage Force MPR readiness and training databases including PREDATR PMDV and other future programs.
- Measure and report MPRF realworld and exercise performance against training doctrine.
- Analyze measure and report on MPRF mission readiness through SHARP PREDATR and other relevant systems.
- Support training and readiness evaluations for Fleet Joint and Allied exercises.
- Develop MPR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct periodic reviews for updates.
- Support exercise reconstruction by modifying and submitting mission data.
- Design and develop decision aids to support resource requirement assessments.
- Provide technical support and training to fleet personnel regarding systems for Post Mission Summary completion.
- Assist with the development of materials for a reference library.
- Identify document and control Post Mission Summary templates for use by the Force.
- Conduct operational training maintenance and tactical analysis in support of MPR operations.
- Support policy and procedural development to ensure data security and integrity.
- Attend and participate in CPRG/CPRGP meetings providing input on Post Mission Summary training issues.
Skills and Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of Navys Undersea Warfare (USW) community and MPRF training systems including PREDATR and PMDV.
- Understanding of maritime patrol aircraft antisubmarine warfare (ASW) platforms and signal processing.
- Proficiency in mission planning and exercise reconstruction.
- Ability to perform onsite quality control to ensure data integrity.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Access).
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct firstechelon training sessions.
