Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Drive the business growth in one of the focus areas:
- Government (Central & State): Managing relationships and engagements with government departments and agencies.
- Cybersecurity: Leading initiatives to offer robust and secure technology solutions.
- Infrastructure & Cloud: Providing scalable and efficient IT infrastructure and cloudbased solutions.
- Analytics: Delivering datadriven solutions to address business challenges.
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
- Lead P&L responsibilities for the business vertical.
Business Development & Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers in government organizations or enterprises.
- Identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling within the assigned vertical.
- Ensure the delivery of highquality services and client satisfaction.
OEM & Partner Collaboration
- Leverage strong connections with leading OEMs to enhance solution offerings.
- Drive collaboration with OEMs for joint gotomarket strategies.
Team Development & Leadership
- Build mentor and lead a highperforming sales and delivery team.
- Foster a culture of innovation ownership and accountability within the team.
Market Insights & Growth Strategy
- Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and competitor strategies in the chosen vertical.
- Develop innovative strategies to capture new market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- 15 years of experience in technology or governmentfocused sales business development or strategic leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in one or more of the following domains: Government (Central & State) Cybersecurity Infrastructure & Cloud or Analytics.
- Skills & Network:
- Strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in government or enterprise sectors.
- Deep connections with OEMs and technology partners.
- Exceptional negotiation relationship management and strategic thinking skills.
