Job Description
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the State Bar of California
- 4 years of experience practicing law with a focus on civil litigation (insurance defense a plus)
- Proficiency in legal research software including LexisNexis and Westlaw and a willingness to stay uptodate with the latest developments in the field.
- Experience in legal research and analysis
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A strong understanding of legal procedures and the ability to apply them in a variety of contexts
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism integrity and ethical conduct
- Trial experience not required but is a plus
