Top Skills & Years of Experience: 8 years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems. 8 years of developing functional requirements for development projects. 8 years of developing and implementing test plans and test cases. 8 years of creating updating and maintaining systems documentation. 8 years of creating training plans and materials. 5 years implemented Agile development processes including test driven development. Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar requirements and test case tracking application. Experience working with HIPAA Data. Will close submissions on: 12/30 at 10am EST. Interview Process: Candidates submitted must be willing to come onsite (Lansing MI) for interviews. Manager may request virtual and/or onsite interviews. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of any MS Teams interview to validate candidate. Interviews will likely be requested for the week of 1/6/25. Onsite: Hybrid position Onsite 2 days per week REQUIRED. CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO MIDMICHIGAN. Hiring manager is not currently interested in candidates who will need to relocate to accept offer. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Duration: 1 year with possible extension.
