Job Description
- Take care of personnel evaluation and development
- Participate in facetoface meetings and interviews
- Ensure employees onboarding
- Contribute to employees motivation efforts
- Help with internal activities aimed at corporate culture development
- Assist in recruitment position transfers rotations and dismissals
- Take part in the organization of corporate events
- Support the companys staff database
- Participate in the development of the companys personnel policies
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry)
- HR interviewing experience
- Full cycle HR experience in adaptation motivation development and retention of personnel
- Experience in introducing composing and updating the companys policies
- At least an UpperIntermediate level of English
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Ability to learn new things quickly
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Selfmotivated person
- Positive thinking and an open minded attitude are very welcome
