Job Description

  • Take care of personnel evaluation and development 
  • Participate in facetoface meetings and interviews 
  • Ensure employees onboarding 
  • Contribute to employees motivation efforts 
  • Help with internal activities aimed at corporate culture development 
  • Assist in recruitment position transfers rotations and dismissals 
  • Take part in the organization of corporate events 
  • Support the companys staff database 
  • Participate in the development of the companys personnel policies 

Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry) 
  • HR interviewing experience 
  • Full cycle HR experience in adaptation motivation development and retention of personnel 
  • Experience in introducing composing and updating the companys policies 
  • At least an UpperIntermediate level of English  

WOULD BE A PLUS

  • Ability to learn new things quickly 
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment 
  • Selfmotivated person 
  • Positive thinking and an open minded attitude are very welcome
