What We Offer
As HR Business Partner for our manufacturing units in Gvle Sweden and Bergen Norway you will play a key role in our Nordic HR team reporting to the Nordic HR Director in Copenhagen. You will be part of a culture that fosters continuous optimization and pride among associates who are instrumental in delivering amazing coffee moments to both the retail and B2B markets.
In this role you will:
- Partner with line managers and employees to address HR needs and deliver key HR processes.
- Drive organizational change and further build strong HR foundations across our manufacturing sites.
- Travel to Bergen regularly (23 days every fortnight) to support the Friele Roastery.

Your Responsibilities
- Advise on HR matters across blue and whitecollar teams ensuring compliance with Swedish and Norwegian labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR processes that support a highperformance culture.
- Lead key HR activities: recruitment talent development performance management compensation and benefits.
- Drive labour relations and collaborate with unions on salary processes and agreements.
- Facilitate HR projects and initiatives across Nordic functions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Contribute to our sustainability efforts ensuring meaningful impacts both locally and globally.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 5 years in operational HR within an international productionfocused environment.
- Expertise: Indepth knowledge of Swedish labour laws; eager to learn Norwegian regulations.
- Skills: Strong communication negotiation (including union negotiations) and project management skills.
- Mindset: Resilient proactive and adaptable in fastpaced settings with a handson approach.
- Education: Minimum a Bachelors degree (or higher) in HR Management or a related field.
- Language: Nativelevel Swedish or Norwegian with fluency in English.
