Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment onboarding performance management and employee relations.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Addressing employee concerns and conflicts providing guidance on HRrelated matters.
- Managing benefits administration payroll processing and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Leading initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a junior HR role.
- Indepth knowledge of HR principles practices and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR strategies to support organizational goals.
- Experience in talent acquisition performance management and employee development.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
