- Your role will be to provide excellent service and support to our instruments and customers. This includes preventive maintenance safety repairs installing upgrading and qualifying instruments such as IQ/OQ.
- You will be working primarily with a key account based in Stevenage. To a lesser extend you will also be expected to service other customers in UK.
- You will also resolve issues through hardware and software troubleshooting. With a focus on customer satisfaction you will communicate with customers via email and telephone to ensure resolution and followup.
- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of the performance data of the equipment service records and the stock of spare parts.
- You will work with colleagues in the wider UK sales team to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications :
- To qualify for this role you have an HND in Engineering or in a comparable field as well as at least 2 years of experience in equipment support for biotech instrumentation field service repair fluid control systems and systemlevel electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
- Clean room experience is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should be selfmotivated and able to travel up to 40% of their working time including occasional international travel.
