We aim to simplify the busy lives of our customers help local stores and restaurants increase their sales and provide flexible earning opportunities for our courier partners.

As we continue to expand were looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team and drive our growth even further!

What youll be doing:

  • Focus on TOP Merchant acquisition.

  • Wolt portfolio sales following a proper partner problem discovery.

  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Mentor the sales team members to achieve sales goals.

  • Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the sales team.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts during negotiation and contracting ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Make sure account handover is properly managed to Onboarding and Account management team.

  • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Create detailed sales plans and forecasts setting shortterm and longterm sales goals.

  • Monitor and report on sales metrics adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.


Qualifications :

  • Strong experience in a hunting sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals that benefit both parties.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand and align with the needs and expectations of key stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a fastpaced and changing environment.

  • Fluent in Hungarian with excellent communication skills in English.

  • Proactive attitude: Take initiative anticipate challenges and act decisively to drive results.

  • Driving license.
