Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that guests towels meet the highest standards checking for cleanliness appearance and damage
- Responsible for receiving counting and sorting used and new laundry
- Working within time limits to ensure that clean towels and additional items are cleaned dried and folded ready for use
- Reporting any concerns or faults with equipment to the Laundry Supervisor
- Ensuring that the laundry is kept clean and presentable at all times
- Supporting other departments with requests for clean tea towels uniform and table cloths as needed
- Using irons and ironing machines
- Placing orders with suppliers as required
- Excellent customer service skills for when speaking with our guests
Hours: Working 40 hours per week to include weekends and bank holidays
Salary: 11.50
