Job Description

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Newham to assist with the appointment of an Admin Planner on a 3month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: 19.44 24.44 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and assistance to your trade team operatives throughout the day ensuring they can maximise productivity and minimise nonproductive time travel time and reduce RMS carbon footprint.
  • Ability to interpret and rediagnose repair orders raised by RCC to ensure the operatives are allocated correct orders equivalent to their trades/skill sets and the time allowances are appropriate to the tasks required.
  • Manage SC in the dynamic scheduling of the operatives schedules monitoring the trade schedules through the day and carrying out effective manual intervention where required.
  • Work closely with RMS Stores to ensure van stocks materials and plant on order by the team but not immediately available is coordinated tracked and managed diligently.
  • Ensure all appointments are diarised and AM appointments attended by midday and PM appointments attended by 4.00pm. Ensure any appointments not attended by 4.00pm are reallocated to the OOH team to guarantee attendance.
  • Monitor the Emergency orders basket on an hourly basis to ensure all E priority orders raised to your trade teams are picked up allocated and attended within the contractual response times.

Qualifications:

  • A clear understanding of the Planning function in social housing responsive maintenance
  • At least 2 years experience as a Planner in a social housing repairs business
  • Experience of using Service Connects TASK Northgate or similar works order and housing management systems

  • You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
  • You should have right to work in U.K
