Job Title Global Service Desktop Engineer
Location Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai
Experience 1 2 Years
Notice Immediate to 30 days
Requirements:
Global Support (Should have experience in handling calls with good communication skills Written & Verbal)
100% Team coordination
Experience 1 2 Years.
- Should have the urge to learn/acquire newer skills as desired in the job
- Attending the customer calls and queries through Chat email & Phone
- Maintain and achieve SLA of all tickets.
- Troubleshoot basic L1 Desktop related issues.
- Raise tickets in the tool & solve problems on primary level through telephone
- Monitor calls assign the calls to the respective downstream team and follow ups to be done .
- Vendor coordination Follow up with vendors for pending calls .
- Day to day follow up on Pending calls with relevant team.
Skills:
- High Integrity problem solving skills and learning attitude analytical and presentation skills and Process oriented.
