Virtual Assistant for Ticket Inventory and Resale Management

Overview:
We are seeking a smart detailoriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support ticket inventory and resale management operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce or data analysis and the ability to track manage and optimize ticket listings across multiple platforms. This role involves working with suppliers and ensuring accurate data to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Monitoring
- Track ticket availability and pricing from multiple suppliers.
- Update internal systems to reflect realtime inventory and pricing.
- Notify management of pricing trends or supply changes.
Platform Management
- List and manage tickets on platforms like StubHub Ticketmaster Resale or similar.
- Optimize listings by setting competitive yet profitable pricing.
- Ensure all ticket descriptions and details are accurate.
Inventory Coordination
- Adjust inventory levels to reflect sales activity.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm ticket availability and prevent overselling.
- Coordinate ticket removals across platforms to maintain consistency.
Reporting and Analytics
- Generate daily/weekly reports on sales inventory changes and price fluctuations.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes or profitability.
Stakeholder Communication
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
Requirements
Experience:
- Background in ecommerce data analysis or inventory management preferred.
- Experience with ticket resale platforms or hospitality/event management is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking.
- Familiarity with resale platforms like StubHub or Ticketmaster Resale is advantageous.
- Comfortable with communication tools like Slack Zoom or similar.
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication skills for supplier and team interactions.
