- Content Strategy and Social Media Management
- Develop and implement a resultsdriven content strategy to support brand growth and engagement across platforms.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery on LinkedIn Facebook Instagram YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
- Content Creation and Repurposing
- Scheduling and Automation
- Leverage automation tools such as Make.com and Buffer to schedule and manage content efficiently.
- Set up AIdriven workflows to streamline content creation approval and publishing processes.
- Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm and execute growth strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Provide recommendations for experimenting with new platform features tools or content trends to enhance audience engagement.
- Focus on building Ford Saeks authority growing audience engagement and maximizing visibility across targeted platforms.
- Analytics and Optimization
- Monitor analyze and report on key performance metrics including engagement reach leads and conversions.
- Use insights to optimize content strategy improve campaign results and stay ahead of trends in the evolving digital landscape.
- Leverage content marketing automation and reporting tools to track performance and enhance efficiency.
- Community Management and Engagement
- Respond to comments messages and inquiries promptly and professionally to build trust and brand loyalty.
- Actively engage with relevant posts on LinkedIn and other platforms by sharing and commenting on content from prospects associations and industry leaders to maintain visibility and credibility.

Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management with a proven record of driving brand growth and engagement.
- Handson experience with content creation tools and automation platforms.
- Proven ability to repurpose longform content into diverse platformspecific formats tailored to audience needs.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms including LinkedIn Facebook Instagram YouTube and TikTok.
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Buffer and familiarity with content creation tools like HeyGen Creator Kit Synthesia OpusClip Canva or similar.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and their integration into social media strategies.
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft engaging errorfree content.
- Creative thinker with a strong aptitude for visual storytelling and design.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to interpret social media performance metrics and make datadriven decisions to improve campaigns and content strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
