Scope:
We are seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant (BPC) with expertise in IT Business Management (ITBM). The consultant will:
- Prepare and lead remote workshops for PPM Idea Management Demand Management and Agile 2.0.
- Document comprehensive user stories.
- Provide parttime support during the Execute and Deliver phases.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is mandatory.
Responsabilities:
- Lead workshops to define requirements for Idea Management Demand Management and Agile 2.0.
- Map analyze and optimize ITBMrelated workflows and processes.
- Configure ITBM modules to align with organizational objectives.
- Support project execution and delivery phases addressing challenges as needed.
- Deliver training sessions and create detailed documentation for users and stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance to maximize the effectiveness of ITBM functionalities.
