Job Description
Senior Finance Executive
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles tax laws and financial regulations as well as proficiency in ERP systems and bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting and Reporting:
- Oversee the entire accounting cycle including journal entries reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS GAAP).
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insightful reports to management.
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and take corrective actions.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends opportunities and risks.
- Provide strategic financial advice to management.
- Tax and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations including income tax sales tax and withholding tax.
- Prepare and file tax returns timely and accurately.
- Manage tax audits and investigations.
- Payroll and HR:
- Oversee payroll processing including salary calculations tax deductions and social security contributions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
- Manage employee benefits including health insurance retirement plans and other employee welfare programs.
- ERP Systems and Bookkeeping:
- Implement and manage ERP systems to streamline financial processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
- Oversee daytoday bookkeeping activities including accounts payable accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Internal Controls:
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy.
- Conduct regular reviews of internal controls and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- CA Inter ACMA or ACCA qualification.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. ZOHO QuickBooks SAP Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently 1 and as part of a team

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management within the tech industry, with specific expertise in e-commerce, inventory management, and digital payment solutions. Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws. Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital wallet technologies is a plus. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Strategic financial planning and analysis Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Cash flow management and optimization Expertise in e-commerce financial management and digital wallet integration Inventory management strategies Compliance, risk management, and internal controls Stakeholder communication and team leadership
