Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Resource to support our Risk Analytics and Covenant Monitoring team in the Commercial Credit space. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills proficiency in automation tools and a solid background in banking. This role involves managing and mentoring junior team members while ensuring effective communication and presentation of analytical findings.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Risk analytics and Covenant monitoring for commercial credit portfolios.Automate reporting and analysis processes using Excel VBA and other tools.Utilize SAS and SQL for data manipulation analysis and reporting.Lead projects and initiatives ensuring alignment with departmental goals.Mentor and manage junior team members providing guidance and support in their professional development.Create and present comprehensive decks to stakeholders summarizing insights and recommendations.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive datadriven decisionmaking.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk analytics and commercial credit.Skills Required:Proficiency in SAS SQL and VBA.Advanced Excel skills particularly in automation and data analysis.Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Ability to create impactful presentations and decks.Banking exposure particularly in risk analytics and credit assessment.810 years of relevant experience in Analytics and Risk Management.Knowledge of the below would be added advantage.Commercial Lending Domain KnowledgeFinance and Accounting conceptsJava CodingHTML
Qualifications :
Qualifications:Masters degree in Finance Data Science Mathematics or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven track record in analytics and risk management roles.Additional InformationWill be accountable for regular deliverablesResponsible for delivering 100% quality to the clientBe able to maintain productivity quality and meet short/strict deadline.Assist superiors in activities related to productivity improvement quality initiatives pilot processes etc.Work under high pressure and long hours; strong work ethics and positive attitude
