Job Description
- Good coordination skills and good technical knowledge of M&E systems/ equipment including security systems
- To carry out regular site supervision and inspection of the works/materials including any offsite production as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that mechanical and electrical works including security systems are constructed to required quality accuracy and workmanship
- To monitor work in progress in accordance to Approved Master Schedules with breakdown to Monthly Weekly and Daily programmes
- To assist the RE on daily weekly and monthly reports of site progress as per contractors approved program activities issues and resolutions
- To check and verify reports variations and progress claims submitted by contractors including as built quantity for the variations
- To undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the SO and RE.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
- Registered with IES/ ACES as a Resident Technical
- Minimum 5 years of M&E work experience with strong knowledge of local construction practices airconditioning electrical fire protection security systems BMS plumbing sanitary and gas services
- Working location will be at Sentosa
