Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise construction work onsite.
- Liaise with contractors site supervisors and consultants for smooth workflow.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship onsite.
- Ensure compliance with HDB guidelines local building codes and statutory regulations.
- Review shop drawings technical submittals and material samples for design compliance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation (e.g. site reports progress photographs site instructions).
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure worker safety onsite.
- Collaborate with Project Manager architects engineers and HDB authorities.
- Track and report construction progress against the approved schedule.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree
- RTO certified
- At least completed 1 HDB BTO project
