Development and Implementation of Digital Finance Products (Loans and Deposits)
Collaborate with partners (banks technology companies) to digitize credit and fundraising products.
Manage API integration between financial partners and the company s internal systems ensuring seamless secure and efficient connections.
Oversee the development of platforms and applications for customers and the sales team ensuring optimal user experience.
Project Management
Fully responsible for planning implementation progress tracking and project reporting.
Organize regular meetings with the technical team technology partners and related departments to update progress and address arising issues.
Product Analysis and Optimization:
Analyze customer data and the performance of digital financial products to propose datadriven improvements.
Recommend promotional programs and commission structures for the sales team to boost revenue growth.
Legal Compliance and Risk Control:
Work with the legal department and partners to ensure digital finance products comply with current legal regulations (circulars decrees related to credit and banking).
Manage operational risks including customer information security and fraud prevention.
Team Development:
Support the training of sales teams and related personnel on new digital financial products.
Collaborate in creating training materials sales scripts and operational guidelines on digital platforms.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor s or Masters degree in Finance Information Technology Project Management or related fields.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing digital finance projects especially related to Loan or Capital raising products.
Experience working with banks financial institutions or FinTech companies in deploying digital platforms.
Professional Skills:
Knowledgeable about legal regulations in credit capital raising and digital finance transformation in Vietnam.
Experience in managing API integration projects between systems.
Proficiency in using data analysis and project management tools like Power BI MS Project Jira.
Personal Qualities:
Ability to work independently and lead teams through challenges.
Innovative thinking keen on technology trends and digitization.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with partners and internal teams.
