Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Packing Operator to join our team in Ipoh Malaysia for a 6month contract position. As a Packing Operator you will play a crucial role in our packing and filling operations ensuring that our products are properly packaged and ready for distribution.
- Operate packing and filling equipment according to established procedures and guidelines
- Ensure accurate and efficient packaging of products meeting quality standards and production targets
- Perform regular quality checks on packed items to maintain high standards
- Monitor the packing line for any issues and report problems to supervisors promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize the packing process and improve efficiency
- Assist in inventory management by accurately recording packed items and materials used
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Comply with all company policies safety regulations and quality control procedures
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in operating packing and filling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent handeye coordination and physical dexterity
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Understanding of safety procedures and quality control standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg
- Previous experience in packing or production line work preferred
- Food handling certification may be required (depending on the industry)
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and recording of packed items
