Job Description
Job Title: PT Center Manager
Location: Rocklin California
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85000 $100000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20000 for relocation signon bonuses and/or student loan assistance.
- Center Manager positions can earn an annual bonus of up to 8% of yearly earnings.
Job Overview:
As a Center Manager you will oversee daily operations mentor clinical staff and ensure exceptional patient care and clinic efficiency. You will play a key role in growing and maintaining a highfunctioning clinic while benefiting from professional development and leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday clinic operations and staff including physical therapists and administrative personnel.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care with clinicians treating an average of 14 patients per day.
- Provide leadership and support to clinical staff fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that support patients recovery and rehabilitation goals.
- Meet clinic performance targets both clinical and financial to ensure continued growth and success.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate licensure for foreigntrained clinicians with the support of certified instructors.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development both for yourself and your team.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with leadership or management experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in State or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
