Job Description
Job Title: PT Center Manager
Location: Rancho Cordova California
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85000 $100000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20000 for relocation signon bonuses and/or student loan assistance.
- Center Manager positions can earn an annual bonus of up to 8% of yearly earnings.
Job Overview:
As the Center Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic ensuring toptier patient care operational efficiency and clinical team leadership. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a competitive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the clinic ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and staff.
- Oversee a team of clinicians who treat an average of 14 patients per day ensuring the delivery of highquality care.
- Mentor and provide leadership to the clinical and administrative team fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and implement treatment plans supporting clinicians in achieving patient rehabilitation goals.
- Manage administrative tasks such as staff scheduling patient flow and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure that clinic targets are met and exceeded both in clinical outcomes and financial performance.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities and facilitate professional development for the team.
- Supervise foreigntrained applicants to help them obtain licensure with the support of certified instructors.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is required; prior management or leadership experience is preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in State or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
