Job Description
Job Title: PT Center Manager
Location: Sacramento California
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85000 $100000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20000 for relocation signon bonuses and/or student loan assistance.
- Center Managers can earn an annual bonus up to 8% of yearly earnings.
Job Overview:
As a Center Manager you will oversee daily clinic operations manage clinical staff and ensure the delivery of highquality care. You will have the opportunity to grow your career in an environment that values leadership clinical excellence and worklife balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise clinic operations ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
- Provide leadership mentoring and support to clinical and administrative staff.
- Deliver physical therapy services and oversee patient care with an average of 14 patients per day.
- Develop individualized care plans and monitor patient progress ensuring the highest standard of treatment.
- Drive clinic performance and meet financial and clinical goals.
- Provide supervision for foreigntrained clinicians and assist with licensure as needed.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with some leadership or management experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in State or eligible for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
