Job Title: Clinical Nursing Supervisor
Location: Claremont New Hampshire
Shift Times:10:00 PM 8:00 AM
Shift Notes: 4 10 hour shifts
Salary Range: $35.40/hour
Job Description:
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Clinical Nursing Supervisor where patients are at the center of our coordinated care system. This role focuses on supervising nursing staff and overseeing patient care operations to ensure safety efficiency and effectiveness within the care environment. The supervisor will provide assistance direction consultation and problemsolving capabilities to address patient care issues and support business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the direction and consultation on patient care issues ensuring effective problemsolving.
- Communicate any problems that might compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership.
- Ensure a safe effective and efficient patient care environment.
- Support staff development in partnership with clinical educators and informatics nurses by participating in education informatics quality and patient safety and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in clinical nursing supervision with a strong background in patient care management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse nursing team.
- Proficient in healthcare informatics patient safety practices and staff educational development.
