Position Overview
We are seeking Frenchspeaking Customer Support Specialists to join our dynamic team in Porto. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers using telecom products and services. Your mission is to deliver excellent service resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Handle inbound queries from Frenchspeaking customers via phone email and chat regarding telecom products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose technical problems provide solutions and escalate complex cases to technical teams when necessary.
- Product Guidance: Educate customers on product features plans and usage tips to optimize their experience.
- Data Entry: Record and update customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the companys system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement and product enhancements.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in French (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service telecom or tech support is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of telecom products or a willingness to learn.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
