We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate experienced candidates to join our team as Team Member. As a Barista you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers preparing and serving highquality coffee and beverages and ensuring excellent customer service. • Customer Service:

  • Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Beverage Preparation:

  • Prepare a variety of coffee drinks (espresso cappuccino latte etc.) and other beverages (teas smoothies etc.) following company recipes and standards.
  • Ensure the presentation of beverages is consistent and meets quality standards.
  • Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.

• Cash Handling:

  • Process customer payments accurately handle cash and operate the cash register.
  • Ensure proper handling of customer transactions and provide accurate change.

• Cleaning & Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area including the coffee station and customer service areas.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards.

• Inventory Management:

  • Assist with inventory tracking ensuring that coffee supplies and other ingredients are stocked and available.
  • Inform the supervisor about any inventory shortages and assist in stock replenishment.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Contribute to a positive friendly and supportive team environment.

• Health & Safety:

  • Follow company policies and health regulations regarding food safety and cleanliness.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to when handling equipment ingredients and chemicals.

• Education: No prior experience required (freshers welcome). High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Passion for Coffee: A strong interest in coffee and beverages is a must. Previous barista or food service experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Customer Service: A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and prepare beverages accurately ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced team environment.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining quality service.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods lift heavy items and work in a busy fastpaced environment.

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and an interest in learning more about coffee types and preparation.
• Experience in food service or customerfacing roles is a plus but not mandatory.
