Key Responsibilities: -
Customer Interaction:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers handling inquiries complaints and providing support via phone email or inperson.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customers needs and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience with our products/services.

Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with customers ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for crossselling and upselling additional services or products to existing customers.

Customer Retention:
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues they may face.
- Help resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally escalating issues to senior management when necessary.

Customer Feedback & Insights:
- Gather customer feedback to understand their expectations and satisfaction levels.
- Share insights with management and relevant teams to improve service quality and customer experience.

Onboarding & Support:
- Assist in onboarding new customers ensuring a smooth transition from sales to customer service.
- Provide support to customers in understanding the features and benefits of the products or services they have purchased.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions feedback and support cases in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on customer status issues and opportunities for further action.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the sales marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with company objectives.
- Help identify and resolve any gaps in customer service or product offerings.
Skills and Qualifications: - Experience: No prior experience required (fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or relationship management are welcome to apply).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in insert language requirements if necessary.
- CustomerCentric: A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and building relationships.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to listen attentively understand customer issues and resolve them effectively.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook). Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems processes and tools.
