Travel Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad India (Onsite)
Experience Required: 1 year in a similar role
Shift: Supports East Coast US hours (EST)
We are seeking skilled and motivated Travel Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role you will play a key part in sourcing engaging and placing healthcare professionals in travel assignments nationwide ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source screen and recruit healthcare professionals for travel assignments across the U.S.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates understanding their preferences and career goals.
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings candidate interviews and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a similar recruitment role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite at our Hyderabad location.
- Willingness to support East Coast US hours (EST).
- Proficiency in VMS and ATS platforms
