Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full operation of the company and its budget as well as customer expectations.
- Responsible for the daily production operations of the company and all its components.
- Manage the respons ibility of the entire operation of the company within the boundaries of the budget and showing developing plans to save on operational costs.
- Develop and improve process efficiency and quality standards adherence.
- Develop the company and introduce new products and processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Control optimal production solutions and equipment need s.
- Manage and help in the development and update of all operational procedures.
- Implement and maintain ISO quality standards
- Responsible for staff adherence and improvement using up to standard Manufacturing principles
- Responsible to provide the necessary training to all staff for development and improvement.
- Able to manage production personnel: Work allocation training and problem resolution. Able to evaluate employee performance and motivate to achieve peak productivity.
- Monitor and recommend proactive corrective and preventive equipment and machinery maintenance program.
- Prepare annual budget and present to management the yearly performance and outlook of the company.
- Forecast facility capabilities and manage annual production operating budget.
- Able to measure and upgrade standards for all job functions and procedures.
- Produce management reporting information details meeting manufacturing and operational metrics.
- Regular meetings with the board.
- Responsible for profitability
Experience between 2025 years preferably in steel plant
Bachelors degree or masters degree in a relevant discipline or MBA
Knowledge of profit and loss balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives partners and the workforce.
Understanding of human resources and personnel manageme nt.
Experience with corporate governance.
Proven negotiation skills.
Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
Ability to work under pressure plan personal workload effectively and delegate.
At least 810 years on senior/top level management
