Leasing Management:

Identify and secure tenants for warehouse and industrial park facilities.

Negotiate lease terms and ensure compliance with company policies.

Develop and maintain leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.

Market Research:

Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and competitors.

Stay updated on market trends rental rates and demandsupply dynamics.

Prepare detailed reports and provide insights for decisionmaking.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients brokers and stakeholders.

Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Address client queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Documentation and Legal Compliance:

Ensure accurate preparation of lease agreements and related documentation.

Coordinate with legal teams to address contractual matters.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or a related field.

MBA is preferred.

- 10 to 20 years of experience in warehouse or industrial real estate leasing.
