Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a permanent fulltime Registered Nurse Critical Care. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Great Fallas MT
Assignment Start Date: 12/20/2024
Shift: Full Time All Shifts Available
Salary: $60000.00 to $85000.00
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides direct patient care to medical/surgical patients needing advanced monitoring.
- Required to operate advanced medical equipment including the use of central lines including Alines multiple IVs and patients requiring Ventilation Support.
- As well as care for general medical and surgical patients in the inpatient unit. Has the ability to assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
- Acts as a clinical leader and assists with precepting staff.
- Provides direct care for patients in the Hospital from admission to discharge in all aspects of care including discharge planning.
- Gives direction to RN LPN CNA Housekeeping Staff and Dietary Staff.
- Receives direction from Providers Charge Nurses Supervisor and Chief Nursing Officer.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have Practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical Unit and recent Critical Care Nursing.
Education:
- Degree Nursing Program
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Current State of Montana RN Licensure BLS ACLS required.
- PALS EPNC and TNCC certifications are preferred.
Knowledge/Abilities/Skills:
- Advanced Nursing Principles and Procedures.
- Use of basic office equipment.
- Use of multiple IV pumps.
- Ability to operate advanced medical equipment including Alines Invasive lines chest tubes and patients requiring Ventilatory Support.
