Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a fulltime Registered Nurse Emergency Room position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Great Fallas MT
Assignment Start Date: 12/20/2024
Shift: Full Time 3x12 (11 am11 pm some weekends) 3 Nights Openings 1 Days Opening
Salary range: $60000.00 to $80000.00
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting.
- Provides care that reflects initiative flexibility and responsibility indicative of professional expectation with a minimum of supervision.
- Can triage safely rapidly and accurately on physical and psychosocial needs as well as factors influencing patient flow through the system.
- Communicate with ER Physicians and/or Midlevel providers about changes in patient status symptomatology and results of diagnostic studies.
- Can respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
- Works cooperatively with Patients families physicians midlevel providers allied health staff and healthcare professionals.
- Gives direction to Emergency Department techs registration staff and allied health staff. Receives direction from Emergency Department Director Physicians and Midlevel providers and Director of Nursing.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- 2 years of ER experience required
Education:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program is required.
- Bachelors of Nursing degree and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Current MT State RN license.
- BLS ACLS PALS TNCC ENPC required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Emergency Department nursing principles and procedures.
- Basic office skills basic computer knowledge.
- IV skills ability to operate manual and electronic medical equipment.
- Assessment Skills.
