MT - RN CVICU - Great Falls

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a permanent fulltime Registered Nurse CVICU. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Great Fallas MT

Assignment Start Date: 12/20/2024

Shift: Full Time All Shifts Available

Salary: $65000.00 to $90000.00

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides direct patient care to medical/surgical patients needing advanced monitoring.
• Required to operate advanced medical equipment including the use of central lines including Alines multiple IVs and patients requiring Ventilation Support.
• As well as care for general medical and surgical patients in the inpatient unit. Has the ability to assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Acts as a clinical leader and assists with precepting staff.
• Provides direct care for patients in the Hospital from admission to discharge in all aspects of care including discharge planning.
• Gives direction to RN LPN CNA Housekeeping Staff and Dietary Staff.
• Receives direction from Providers Charge Nurses Supervisor and Chief Nursing Officer.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical Unit and recent Critical Care Nursing including cardiovascular surgery is required.
• Impella and/or other cardiac balloon pumps and CRRT experience preferred
• 12 years of Cardiac Surgical ICU experience is strongly preferred.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited RN Degree Nursing Program required

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Current State of Montana RN Licensure BLS ACLS required.
• Complete PALS courses within 6 months of hire and renewal as required.
• EPNC TNCC certification preferred.

Knowledge/Abilities/Skills:

• Advanced Nursing Principles and Procedures.
• Use of basic office equipment use of multiple IV pumps ability to operate advanced medical equipment including Alines Invasive lines cardiac balloon pumps Chest tubes patients requiring
• Ventilatory Support and those on CRRT.
