- Guide partner store accurate processes for picking packing and billing using dashboards.
- Ensure quality standards for cleanliness hygiene and delivery operations.
- Recommend strategies for speed perception and efficient order fulfillment.
- Provide continuous improvement suggestions for training and Cx metrics.
- Propose solutions for handling demand spikes during holidays or peak seasons.
