As Executive Assistant to the PTCC Management Team You will manage all GM office related tasks and also provide support to Management Team in related activities as but not limited to what mentioned below:
To provide executive support and coordination to the Management Team.
Arrange ongoing/recurring as well as ad hoc meetings & conference calls. Schedule conference rooms set up audio visual or online meeting tools and events. Coordinate & ensure meeting logistics are in place.
Manage all arrangements for domestic / international travels.
Handle travel agents for visa processing and other travel documents.
Coordinate & Support Expatriate legalities documentation and domestic support including their stay & other domestic arrangements.
Perform general office duties such as appointments with scheduled visitors.
Liaoning with Hospitality Partners (Hotel Travel etc) for best facilities at competitive rate
Ordering approved supplies for Office.
Perform various secretarial work including answering the phone making calls and photocopying as appropriate.
Maintain confidentiality of available documents.
Support on admin and coordination tasks .
Marketing Communications
To assist support on various activities like exhibitions events newsletter catalogues.
Coordinating departmental events as and when necessary
Coordinate with external vendors like printing press advertising agencies photographers event organizers etc.
Manage inventory of marketing communication material like catalogues exhibition material service camp kits gifts & giveaways etc and organize despatch as and when required.
Support of administration and coordination tasks.
Human Resources
To assist with HR Link Peoplestrong and other administrative activities related to Human Resources.
