Call Centre Executive/Telesales Executives will be responsible for achieving the targets of lead qualification site visits virtual site visits and bookings.
Good English communication skills required. Should be able to speak in regional languages(Kannada Telugu Tamil Marathi Gujarati Bengali Etc).
Enriching the customer for getting the right property. Screening & segmentation of prospects as per predefined process. Adhering to process compliance & quality parameters.
Should be able to convince the customers by taking them for a virtual site visit of the property.
Advise buyers on price and discuss offers with them acting as mediators between Customer and Sales Agent. Utilize effective sales techniques to secure agreements for site visits.
They need to followup and contact prospective buyers directly if a property for sale closely matches to their requirements
Familiarize yourself with our products to effectively communicate their benefits.
Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals continuously improving sales skills through training.
Ensure sales targets are met consistently.
