We specialize in HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems Building Management Systems (BMS) Electrical System Fire Alarm and Fire Protection System.
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of HVAC Electrical BMS Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting system. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will work closely with the technical and service teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the highrise complex building hotel and industrial sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress and satisfaction.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Identify emerging opportunities and market needs.
Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the technical and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelors degree in business administration Engineering or a related field.
MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in HVAC Electrical BMS Firefighting systems.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the highrise building hotel or industrial sectors.
Skills:
Strong understanding of HVAC Electrical BMS and Fire Fighting technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in Khmer and English.
