Job Description
-
Define cycle time and analysis of the working phases of production processes. Sharing of updated cycle time data with internal teams.

Define or realign the sequence of a new and existing production process to achieve the production targets.

Developing a standard workflow & proper production layout for new and existing products while considering safety and efficiency.

Prepares technical documentation regarding cycle times and standard work instruction for related method and procedures for different type of products.

Design and implement optimal station layouts that support the operator define proper workplaces material handling and tools.

Create training modules for improving the qualification of production team during implementation of new technologies processes or procedures.

Evaluate and implement new process technologies to improve human and machine productivity quality and cost reduction by optimizing the production processes.

Lead product transfer initiatives into the production line define technology tools and processes that must be followed by the production team.

Take part or support teams to analyze control & improve the quality of the production output.

Initiate and coordinate the activities related to the implementation of the companys investment program.

Prepare requests for quotes for suppliers for the reconstruction and modernization of machinery and equipment.
