Job Description

Location: OnSite

Languages Required: Azerbaijani and English (B2 or higher)
Work Hours: Monday to Sunday 8 hours per day 40 hours per week
Shift Coverage: Extended hours up to midnight (00:00 am) due to time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Azerbaijanispeaking clients via phone email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the companys CRM system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Availability: Willing to work extended hours up to midnight.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused attitude.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Competitive monthly salary (details discussed during the hiring process).
  • Transportation and Internet Allowance: 50 BGN net per month.
  • Bonus for Life Events: 500 BGN bonus for important events like marriage birth or adoption of a child or university graduation.

  • Multisport Card: Partially funded by the employer for access to fitness and recreational facilities.

Relocation Support:

  • Relocation Brochure: Provided to help with the move and settlein process.
  • Travel Expense Reimbursement: Up to 490 BGN after 6 months upon providing travel documents.
  • Advance Salary Option: 1056 BGN net advance upon request transferred within 5 business days.

Note: Should the contract end within the first 6 months any remaining advance payment will be deducted from the final salary and travel expense reimbursement will not be processed.

Hotel Accommodation (Relocation):

  • The company will arrange hotel accommodation for the employees confirmed arrival date.
  • If the employee does not stay as planned and does not notify the hotel by noon on the day of booking they will be responsible for that nights cost.
