Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle BRM Lead Developer to architect develop and manage the Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) system in alignment with business goals. This role involves leading a development team ensuring system performance and data integrity and collaborating closely with offshore teams to provide 24x7 support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise leadership skills and a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of the Oracle BRM system to meet business requirements and maintain industry standards.
Oversee the development team offering technical guidance and ensuring coding testing and deployment best practices.
Customize and configure BRM modules including creating configuration scripts and workflows tailored to specific business needs.
Engage in strategic planning to align BRM initiatives with overarching business objectives.
Provide training and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
Required Skills
5 years of experience with Oracle BRM including architecture and development.
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on identifying root causes of complex issues.
Proven leadership experience especially in guiding development teams and collaborating with offshore resources.
Expertise in BRM customization configuration scripting and system performance optimization.
Familiarity with data security practices and compliance requirements.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
Oracle BRM certifications or related qualifications are preferred.
Prior experience with 24x7 support models and working with offshore teams is a plus.
