Oracle HCM Functional HR Workforce Mngt with TM and Payroll Compensation & Benefits Support Specialist
- Offer functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud focusing on modules such as Core HR Payroll Benefits Absence Management Talent Management and Compensation.
- Act as the first point of contact for functional issues providing L# support and ensuring swift resolution of service requests.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules in line with organizational policies and procedures.
- Conduct functional testing of new features patches and updates to ensure they meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to functional processes configurations and standard operating procedures.
- Provide training and support to endusers enhancing their understanding and utilization of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree with 5 years of professional experience and 3 years of experience with delivering Oracle HCM solutions
- Experience with the functional support or implementation in Payroll Absence Benefits Compensation Core HR Recruiting Talent Management Learning and Time & Labor management module for Oracle HCM Cloud
- Good to have 1 to 2 years experience in all phases of a full implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering design build golive testing) in Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle EBS HCM or other Cloud based HRIS
- Working knowledge of customer business domain and/or product within a specific industry vertical/domain
