Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies ensuring alignment with the banks technology roadmap.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from selection procurement deployment support and endoflife.
- Work closely with EUC Lead Architects on new technologies and perform PoC evaluations with documented findings.
- Product Development:
- Translate business criteria into relevant requests in JIRA for engineering and test teams.
- Prioritize requests efficiently and communicate status updates as the primary point of contact for internal clients.
- Review engineering test plans to ensure quality and improve engineering testing capabilities.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with internal IT and business stakeholders across regions to gather requirements and feedback for continuous product enhancement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure highquality and costeffective product selection.
- Monitor delivery timelines for servicerelated hardware and follow up on issues with vendors
- Ensure compliance with SDLC security audit and vendor management processes within the bank.
- User Experience and Support:
- Advocate for the enduser experience by leading testing groups and gathering feedback to drive product improvements.
- Partner with IT Operations teams to address productrelated issues and ensure timely and effective solutions for endusers.
- Communication and Documentation:
- Provide regular progress reports on product sets to stakeholders and management.
- Communicate product updates and changes effectively to all stakeholders.
- Maintain a Risk and Issues register to track items that could delay or stop service delivery.
