Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Account Lead

Location: Krakow Poland

Work model: hybrid


    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Act as the main point of contact for the company developing a strong understanding of companys culture workforce needs and recruitment objectives
    • Providing regular updates on recruitment progress challenges and proactive solutions
    • Serve as a liaison between the client operations team and local talent acquisition group
    • Create and deliver clear datadriven presentations that communicate recruitment strategies results and recommendations
    • Attend operations and client meetings to stay informed on workforce requirements capacity planning and performance metrics
    • Monitor and evaluate recruitment performance by tracking key KPIs and regularly present detailed performance reports to both the client and internal stakeholders

          REQUIREMENTS:

          • Native or fluent in English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
          • Knowledge of Polish language will be considered as an advantage
          • Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience
          • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition client account management or recruitment operations preferably within an RPO or BPO setting
          • Solid knowledge of recruitment processes tools and technologies
          • Proven track record of managing client relationships and working effectively with crossfunctional teams
          • Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills
          • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
