Job Description
Job Title: ED Mental Health Evaluator
Salary: $2605 per week
Duration: 4 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 4x10 NOC (21:3008:00)
Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year
Firsttimers accepted: Yes if they have the required certification and experience
Weekend Requirement: Yes (Wed Thurs Fri Sat)
Certifications Required: LCSW and LMHC preferred LICSWA or LMHCA is acceptable
Education: MSW (preferred) and WA state license required
Oncall Requirement: No
Traveler may need to float between like units mostly in the ER
No block scheduling is available due to weekend requirements
Locals accepted: No
Must live more than 50 miles from the facility
Pending License accepted: No
RTO Restrictions: To be provided at application and limit holidays if possible.
Patient Diagnoses: Depression Anxiety Suicide Homicide Schizophrenia Bipolar Behavioral Health concerns
Special Requirements: Must work as an Emergency Department Crisis Counselor/Mental Health Evaluation Manager
Facility Type: Level II Trauma Center
Total Staffed Beds: 571 (both campuses)
Charting: EPIC
Parking Cost: Paid by the facility.
