Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. Elevate Ecommerce Delivery with Instabee!
Instabee is seeking a commerciallyminded handson and datadriven Commercial Operations Manager to join our Stockholm team! This role focuses on identifying and enabling operational enhancements that directly impact our commercial offering and strengthen our relationships with merchants. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and continuously improving our merchant offerings ensuring an optimized experience for end users through seamless collaboration with our merchant partners. This position sits in Stockholm the HQ and will report to the Commercial Director Sweden.

What Youll Do
You will be at the forefront of driving commercial and operational excellence across our key accounts working crossfunctionally to streamline processes and enhance our service offering. By combining strong collaboration with commercial product tech and operations teams you will lead efforts to simplify complex challenges creating a superior experience for both our merchants and their customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the Merchant Success Team in Sweden to drive operational excellence and an unmatched merchant experience.
Analyzing data to monitor commercial and operational performance proactively identifying areas for improvement and leveraging Instabees strengths against competitors.
Enhancing communication flows between Instabee and merchants to reduce lead times and elevate our offering.
Building partnerships with merchants by joining key meetings to validate improvement hypotheses and drive tailored impactful solutions.
Supporting new sales and implementations by coordinating operational and integration setups that ensure successful launches and by contributing to negotiations with strategic insights.
Assisting Key Account Managers (KAMs) with datadriven analytics to enhance their support of established accounts.

More About You
A university degree in business finance engineering or a related field.
25 years of experience in management consulting growth management or commercial/operational excellence.
Experience from leading teams with documented success
Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and impactful solutions.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities to inspire and influence.
Proven experience in managing crossfunctional projects independently with measurable success.
Commercial mindset and a passion for enhancing the customer and merchant journey.
A strong interest in logistics and operations ideally with previous experience in optimizing logistics flows.
